When can I expect my delivery? 

UK delivery: 5-7 working days.

International delivery: 7-12 working days. 

Please note that while most deliveries arrive in the estimated period, there may be delays from time to time. If you experience any issues please reach out to us via hello@tearunway.co.uk 

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email from us containing a link to track your order.

For international shipping; will there be any extra charges? 

Goods may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, which are levied once the order reaches the country of the destination. We have no control over these charges. If these charges are unpaid or you refuse to pay them, your order may be returned to us and we will be unable to refund shipping costs. 

Do you offer a gift hamper service? 

Yes we do! Either you can purchase ready-made gift hampers or build your own gift hamper by choosing any products listed on our online store.  

My order is a gift. Can I add a gift message? 

You can include a message in the Gifting box during checkout. Alternatively, video and audio messages are also available when you reach the shopping cart.
