Jaf - Ceylon Afternoon

Orange Pekoe A teas are the longest leaf grade of Ceylon teas and a specialty of the southern lowland Ruhuna region in Sri Lanka. Here, tea leaves grow much larger than in the highlands thanks to abundant sunshine, warmth and tropical downpours. Skilled tea experts can then lightly roll these longer leaves into their distinctive slender forms. When placed in boiling water, they gently open to release their bright, amber colored infusions.
